Product Details: Tiled and slate roofs are a main feature of a property.  Whilst it may seem costly, it is a crucial part of the property and with a longer life expectancy it is not something that needs to be outlaid very often. 

 

Life Expectancy:

Tiles are expected to last anywhere between 30-60 years as a rough guide.

The type of tile and location of the roof should be factored into the longevity. As tiles age they can begin to shell and break easily. This often means that small remedials of tiles are not always possible or that the particular type of tile is no longer manufactured.

Personalisation: Roof tiles come in varying styles and colours. Whilst this often depends on the type of property including the pitch of the roof and the availability of the tiles there are plenty of options.
